Individual self-development guidance

Personal guidance and coaching

In coaching and guiding, in contrast to therapy, we do not go into the past almost at all, we focus on the present and especially on the future and on Your empowerment, to succeed achieve /solve your desired goal and create the necessary steps to it. In one-on-one coaching, I use a variety of coaching and facilitation techniques to support your creative process in order to inspire and maximize your personal and professional growth and potential.

Coaching and guidance are designed to to ease creating and developing your personal, professional or business goals and developing and implementing a strategy/plan to achieve those goals.

I, as a guide/coach, am in the process the most neutral and objective, don't expect any advice or opinions from me. I will accompany you especially with questions. I believe that you already have all the answers within you, and I just help you find them and become aware of them through different techniques (I combine different coaching approaches including movement and nature). To improve our professional relationship it is necessary to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and help and create the time and energy to participate fully in our meetings. I maintain discretion and confidentiality.
You as the client are responsible for creating and implementing your physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and outcomes resulting from the coaching relationship.

Guiding and coaching are complex processes, which can cover different areas of your life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. By working with me, you agree that deciding how to address your issues, incorporate coaching principles into life areas and implement choices is your sole responsibility. In the process, I am not responsible for any of your actions or outcomes related to the services provided.
Guiding and coaching do not include the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) and are not to be used as a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, addiction treatment or other professional advice from legal, medical or other qualified professionals. It is your sole responsibility to seek such independent professional advice as necessary.

If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that you promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the relationship agreed between you and us in the guidance/coaching relationship.

the aim is to empower and support you in finding and applying solutions

the whole process is about you, I am really just accompanying you

I believe you have all the answers within you, you just need to find the way to them

How does it work?

  • individual meetings last 45-60 minutes (unless we agree on a longer walk, for example)
  • at the first meeting we will clarify the rules, the structure, your expectations and we make a contract
  • as long as we get along, we'll together go through 3-10 meetings
  • according to your preference we will have sessions (outside/inside/online) or we'll together walk on coaching walks; combinations are possible
  • at the first meetings we will together specify and clearly define the goalon which we will continue to work
  • gradually using different tools from coaching, my facilitation work and process-oriented work we find the individual steps to achieve your goal
  • at the end of each meeting you will set an "action plan" of the next steps that will bring you closer to your goal
  • if there are pitfalls and obstacles in the process, we will look at them together
  • our meetings will endif you succeed in achieving your goal, or you will acknowledge my further help/support is no longer needed

Who is the guidance for and what will you get?
